Introduction

Norla ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the Norla mobile application ("the App") collects, how it is used, and your choices. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the App:

• On-device data. Your favorites, notification preferences, onboarding choices, and streak history are stored locally on your device.
• Analytics data. Anonymous usage data — app interactions, device model, OS version, and approximate location from your IP — used to improve the App. Not linked to your identity, not used for advertising, and not shared with data brokers.
• Subscription data. When you purchase a subscription, we receive transaction identifiers and subscription status to unlock premium features. Payments are processed by the platform's in-app purchase system; we never see your payment details.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, or any other personally identifying information. The App has no user accounts and requires no sign-up.

How We Use Your Data

• Deliver your daily affirmation experience and notifications
• Remember your saved favorites and preferences
• Manage your subscription status
• Understand aggregate usage patterns to improve the App

We do not sell or share your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Under European data protection law, the legal basis for analytics is our legitimate interest in improving the App (the data is anonymous and not used for advertising); for subscription data it is performance of our contract with you. Service Providers

To operate the App, we use third-party service providers for analytics, subscription management, and push notification delivery. These providers process data only on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it with the same standard of care described in this policy. They do not use your data for their own purposes and do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

International Transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States, under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Your Choices

• Notifications. You can enable or disable daily reminders at any time in the App or your device settings.
• Analytics opt-out and deletion. Uninstalling the App stops further analytics collection and removes on-device data. To object to analytics or request deletion of records held by our providers, contact us at the email below.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below. EEA and UK users also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

The App does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Data Retention

On-device data is retained until you uninstall the App. Analytics and subscription records are retained by our service providers for the duration required to operate the App and as required by applicable law or platform rules.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
